  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    Due to the delicate nature and hygiene concerns, we do not offer exchanges for:

    2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
    3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

  • Time Frame:
    Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests sent after this period will not be entertained.
